Yes. Each custom box must contain at least 48 canapés, a quantity suitable for 4 people, allowing you to fully explore the diversity of our creations
Each box is carefully prepared to guarantee freshness and quality . It will be ready for pickup at the Montreal pickup location starting 3 days after your order . You can choose the day and a specific time slot that suits you best to pick it up, according to your availability.
All our boxes are available at the Signature pickup point in Montreal.The address is listed on the website and will also be confirmed when you validate your order .
Each creation is sold in packs of 6 canapés. In the custom boxes, you can mix different creations to compose your ideal taste experience.
We create 4 collections per year, one per season , each rich in dozens of original creations to surprise your taste buds and guarantee freshness, creativity and exclusivity .

Private Chef
Our private chef comes to your home to orchestrate a high-end, customized culinary experience, directly in your kitchen or event space. This service is available for a minimum of 8 people . All products are fresh and sourced in Montreal.

- Once the menu is approved, we confirm your date and organize all the details for the big day .

- Private chef : an exclusive experience for your home or private venue, with a personalized menu and service orchestrated by the chef.
- Tailor-made experience (50+ people) : suitable for larger corporate or private events, with complete coordination, staff and scenography.
- Catering (10+ people) : custom boxes or bite-sized items, available at the collection point for small events.

Our menus are 100% customizable : tasting menus, cocktail receptions, plated menus, or a combination of both, depending on your preferences and event. It's perfectly possible to choose from our selection of canapés.
Yes. Our chefs always adapt the menu to your needs: vegetarian, allergies, intolerances, etc. Please specify your dietary restrictions when making your reservation.

- Free up as much space as possible on your work surfaces for preparing and plating dishes.
- Free up space in your fridge to accommodate fresh ingredients and menu preparations.

A detailed brief will be sent to you by email a few days before the event , with all the instructions to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Payment is made in two stages :
- A 50% deposit is required when booking the event to secure the date in our calendars.
The remaining 50% is due the day before the event , before the chef arrives. This avoids any interruptions during your event.
No problem! You can adjust the number of participants up to one week before the event by contacting us by phone or email. This allows us to readjust the preparations and recalculate the final balance of your payment based on the exact number of guests.

Normally, tableware is not provided . However, upon request , it is possible to provide tableware for your event. Please note that this will affect the final price of the service.
No, alcohol is not included , but the chef can purchase bottles to complement your menu upon request. Please note that this will affect the final price . However, the chef can recommend wine pairings to enhance your meal.
Yes, it is absolutely possible to add cheese to your meal. This option is charged extra and allows you to complete your dining experience between the last course and dessert.
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks before your event to guarantee date availability. For large-scale events, we advise booking as far in advance as possible .

Our offers allow you to fully enjoy your private or corporate events , starting from 10 people .
- Catering : for groups of 10 or more, two options are available:
- Custom boxes inspired by our collection .
- Custom creations developed by our chefs according to your wishes and your event.
- Tailor-made event : from 50 people, we offer a tailor-made menu , cocktail and/or plated , fully adapted to your event and your needs .
All our products are fresh and sourced in Montreal .

- Complete the online questionnaire to provide us with essential information about your event, including the number of guests , the date of the event , and any dietary restrictions .

- Our chefs will create bespoke dishes and compose a customized menu based on the information you have provided.
- Quote and payment : you receive a quote ; once this quote is signed, a 50% deposit is to be paid to reserve the date of the event, and the remaining 50% is to be paid the day before the event .
The services are delivered directly to your event venue , according to the confirmed date and program . We can offer a meticulous setup and presentation service, for an elegant and professional presentation.
Yes. We pay close attention to each of our customers' dietary restrictions via the booking form , and this information is reconfirmed with our chefs to ensure that every menu item is suitable. The allergen list is also available on each product page in the catalog to guide you.
