At the helm of the iconic Festin de Babette for over 15 years, restaurateur Nathan Perez brings his expertise and deep understanding of the Montréal market to Signature. His relationship-driven approach, rooted in the art of hospitality, makes every collaboration seamless, genuine, and warm.

With a strong background in business development and communications, Alexia Edelman is the main point of contact for clients. She designs bespoke experiences driven by rigor, attention to detail, and uncompromising standards.
